With a career in consulting and industry roles, Mark is very experienced in working in high pressure, ambiguous environments across transactions and operational transformation and delivering change under enforceable undertakings.
As a partner at a large consulting firm, Mark acted as a trusted advisor to leadership teams and boards of financial services businesses whilst in industry roles, he focused on executing transformation of non-financial risk capability and infrastructure.
Our professional experiences include implementing and developing global control frameworks and; control design, enhancement, and rationalisation.
We have deep experience in driving uplifts in risk maturity across a wide range of businesses. We’re also experienced in developing solutions and implementing outcomes associated with regulatory change.
